Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages accurately and efficiently.
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to bar guests.
Maintain knowledge of signature cocktails, craft beers, wines, and seasonal drink offerings.
Take food and beverage orders and provide menu recommendations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or high-volume bar preferred.
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy shifts.
Friendly, outgoing personality and a professional attitude.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well with a team.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must meet New York State requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.

$11.35 per hour plus tips, in accordance with the 2026 New York State tipped food-service minimum wage.
