What you'll do:
- Prepare high-quality Italian dishes according to our recipes and culinary standards.
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Assist with plating and presentation to ensure a visually appealing dining experience.
- Learn and master various cooking techniques to expand your culinary repertoire.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
